Snow Event: Friday AM 02/25/2022

snow forecast

Event Forecast Timeline

Ice & snow are expected overnight and all day tomorrow. Well this didn’t happen.

Forecast Impact

Total anticipated snow accumulations from Thursday 7pm – Friday 7pm are 2″-4″, the estimate is based on the largest snow accumulation forecast.  Starting with ice overnight.

Landscaping by Mark & Sons’ Response Plan

Based on multiple forecasts, we are currently not anticipating a 2″ trigger event overnight.  However, the call for ice overnight when the temperature is below 32 is a bit perplexing so as usual, we are keeping a close eye on the actual weather outside and not the forecasts.  We have been watching the estimated snow amounts change every day for days.  We are prepared to plow and you can find updates here.

Stay tuned for updates & Have a Great Night!

Live updates will appear below.

Update Friday 9:45pm:  This snow event definitely didn’t occur as expected.  It wasn’t until after the snow was supposed to end that we began to receive actual accumulation.  We will be plowing overnight.

Update Saturday 6:00am:  We are finished but since it never stopped snowing, we will be back later today.

Update Saturday 12:15pm:  We are out plowing again.  The snow finally stopped and there is no more expected in the near future.  Only some of our areas received 2 more inches of snow since our visit last night so we will only be plowing those areas.

Update Saturday 2:45pm:  We have finished plowing for this event.  Have a great weekend!
